Mr. Junash Pradhan, Ex-Chairperson of Daringbadi Panchayat Sammitee, Kandhamal get acquitted from the case of Kotagada Landmine blasting and murder of police

Mr. Junash Pradhan , a renowned tribal leader and social worker of Kandhamal district, Ex-Chair Person of Daringbadi block, Member of district level peace committee,  Ex-member of Sub divisional Forest Right Committee (SDLC), who was in Balliguda Sub-jail since 9^th January to 5^th October,2012  by a joint collaborative conspiracy of police, vested interest politicians and businessmen and falsely charge sheeted in Kotagarh Landmine blasting incident of 3^rd and 4^th January,2012 as GR-5/12 & GR-6/12 U/s120-B/121-A/506/34 IPC r/w section 3 E.S. Act/4 P.D.P.P. Act;. 120(B)/121/121A/124A/307/324/326/302/34 IPC r/w section 3 E.S. Act/25/27 Arms Act/4 P.D.P.P. Act/16(1) (a)/16(1)/18(18-B/20/38 U.A.P. Act  has lastly got acquitted from ADJ Court, Phulbani  by Justice Mr. Rajendra kumar Tosh on 9^th December,2014. It may be noted that against the fabricated and arbitrary arrest of Mr. Junash Pradhan three people’s organization were given a ‘Daringbadi Bandh’ call on 10^th January, 2012.
